After you decide to have us build your molds, the following is how the build process works. The following example schedule is for a 10 week lead time:

1. You send us the down payment and the final part design.
2. We begin the mold design and complete a preliminary mold layout. This design shows the construction of the mold including cores and cavities, ejector pins, water lines, gating, slides, lifters, etc.
3. An order is placed for the mold base, core and cavity steel, graphite for electrodes, and cutters.
